I'm Grayson: a transmasculine, agender illustrator and writer from Canton, OH. [ he/him ]
I am enamored by life. That of humans and non-human animals, of the trees and plants, of water and fire and the earth beneath our feet. My deepest pleasures are oak trees, animalistic beasts, early human life, and cold air. I am inspired by the spirits of everything in the world around me, that which once was, that which is, and that which will be. I use that energy to guide both my personal and creative endeavors.
The artists I look to with the most adoration and joy in my soul are the early human cave painters of the Paleolithic era.
While, as any artist, I experiment with many things, my heart lies with warm, dull colors, textures, and patterns. My greatest aim with my art is to create that which feels meaningful and organic.
Thank you, dearly, for looking at my work.
